May is MCS Awareness Month; now is the time to start preparing to do your part!

MCS AwarenessIt’s not too early to start planning for MCS Awareness Month 2010, taking place in May.

If you’d like some ideas on how to get involved, MCS America has published an “MCS Awareness Month 2010 Event Planning Kit,” which includes tips on how to promote school and health provider awareness, how to hold events at state capitols, how to issue a press release and encourage media coverage, and much more. The kit also includes an MCS Fact Sheet to help you develop talking points for all your activities.

So start planning now to do your part: Get involved!
