PLastic touches everything- it's hard to escape unless you grow your own food.I have been drinking well water instead of plastic bottle water, eating eggs from chickens here on the farm and growing my own food- and although I am not cured I am feeling way better then I was before. I think taking control of consumption is the best thing anyone can do for their health - especially those of us with MCS. It's just too easy for foods to be contaminated in distrubution, when they travel so far. Another idea, would be just to shop at local farmers markets, to cut back on travel problems. Good grief.
