Spanish blogger poses for camera naked to denounce the situation for people with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity.
Eva, who blogs at NO FUN, a Spanish blog about Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, has joined The Flock, the forum at The Canary Report. The first thing she posted were these incredible photographs, from an article about MCS published in Delirio, an online culture and art magazine.
Eva says:
When Delirio’s editors asked me to collaborate in that edition called “The Naked” I thought it was a great opportunity to show what is living with MCS. I’ve wrote this article about MCS denouncing our situation in Spain, and illustrated with photographies done by my husband.
The topic was “The Naked” and I have posed naked with my mask to protest about MCS situation in Spain. Now I’ve had the idea to translate this article into English and the magazine’s director has agreed and the English version will be published soon as a Delirio’s annex!
I think the photos are beautiful and empowering, expressing so much about our tragic plight with MCS. They are true art, the universal language. I look forward to the English translation of the text, although the photos are so powerful, they don’t even need a text.
Eva is doing great work for MCS awareness, not just for her home country of Spain, but for all the world. Brava! I’m so happy to have her join us at The Flock.
