Susie,

Really enjoyed Keith's "air freshener" article after the "air freshened" week I had. Thanks Susie!

When will ozone ever be banned!?!? We hear non stop about avoiding UV anything, and about the ozone layer problem ... then companies tell us to put it in our houses to "clean" the air with a known pollutant? Lame. Thanks for pointing that out Linda!t

Those FreshStay hotel rooms sound interesting to begin with, then as you read on you discover some do ozone shocks on the rooms, and then they use electronic air cleaners, which most are known to emit ozone too, and they use anti-microbials and anti-bacterials and then use tea tree oil dispensers (a known sensitizer) ... sigh... Not so pure, those "PURE" rooms.

that camping link was really helpful and cool. I have been thinking about building a DIY hemp tent for a while, but also think building a natural lean-to is an option she didnt mention (probably because it takes time and is harder then popping a tent). I tried sleeping in a tent about 4 or 5 years ago before i knew they fire proofed them with so much chems - i got really sick to my stomach, my throat hurt, and i kept coughing. Afterwords i read some tag on the tent which said it had fire retardents on it.
